It’s only in the high 60’s and already I’m pulling out the boots and getting my Ninja ready for soup making. When you’re busy, this tool is a game changer. It comes with a small cookbook and guide to make any soup. You throw in the ingredients and while you’re doing other things, it cooks to perfection. No standing over a stove hoping not to bubble up over the edge. I prefer this to to the Vitamix just because of the UX (that’s what software devs call “user experience”. Unlike the many women in my family and life, I am not an intuitive cook – I prefer explicit directions and once familiar with a recipe, I can definitely “tweak” but unlike tech products, I don’t know how to create rich cuisine experiences from scratch.
